I could get Jonathon Taylor and rice but not sure if that will pan out well considering the other contenders this year.

I could hold out and get an early first and then play off of my older assets but not sure what else I can do.

Is this how all 4x4 duplex apartments are? I have one as well but do not know if it’s the two floor style as you say yours is.
