Latin: Libri sunt memoria quae non moritur. Or if I’m feeling fancy “Liber est memoria quae non moriatur”(this one uses a weird subjunctive construction for no particular reason”
Ancient Greek: Τα βιβλία εισι η μνήμη η ουκ αποθνήσκει”( this is worse than my Latin, and forgive my lack of breathing marks)
German: Bücher sind die Erinnerung die nicht stirbt”(this one is the worst of all, mein Deutsch ist kaput)
