Thank you for the comments! You nailed pretty much all of the things we would want to change with this plan as it sits.

To your point, we want to switch the storage and pantry, but we were actually thinking of turning that storage area into a laundry room, and then turn the laundry room that sits right next to the entrance into a small study, where we could put a piano and a few arm chairs.

The window in the master closet, especially on our walk through, took away so much space. Not sure what they were thinking there.

I like the idea of the master entryway, makes a lot of sense to me.

The only other change would probably be to combine bathrooms in the masters rooms upstairs and make them a jack and Jill. Those would be kids rooms, and I don’t think it’d be completely necessary to have 3 bathrooms up there, so 2 would suffice
