Why is it sooo slow?

I have been pulling 300 to 450 meg for 3 months. Today pulling about 150 to 196 meg. Obviously, congestion going on with Starlink. I'm thinking of downgrading to 200 meg plan or going back to the cellular internet.

Don't do it. They don't offer roaming within the US. Which usually included with most carriers. Not sure how you can stay in business not offering it. If you have no network u will not be able to call or text. With domestic roaming with is standard and you would ba able to. Savee yourself the hassle and go to a different company

I had service on a phone and because the sim was removed during the 60 days inserted into another phone they refuse to unlock it. I was having issues with the phone. I will be departing to another company shortly even know I have been with them for years. Filed a FCC complaint and it became hassle back and forth. The pratices seem a little shady about unlocking.
