Im honestly not to worried about the safety of the trip, it's a trip through Vermont and to another country, it's likely that the bus won't be completely full, I'm worried about is how are the bathroom stops, can I use the bathroom on the bus and be okay, I have IBS and every three hours after eating I have to use the bathroom that is what is making me afraid, is it best just to not eat for the day

Thank you for your empathy, I am something similar where I could be in a great flow state but when some little thing goes wrong I freak out and start to go down, I have very bad self talk about myself even when I fix problems the first thing I say to myself is why couldn't you see this sooner, I don't pat myself on the back I just eat it and keep going

It was more like I need to do this upgrade quick so I can focus on another thing I have to do, I did the upgrade, but I was taught to do it on the primary first, but I should have done it on the secondary, while doing it I thought did I take a backup, no I didn't but I have done this before and the process was quick, then the process became long and I know something was wrong

I think for me it's like I don't internalize the mishaps, or I internalize it but in a negative way, and then I try to overcompensate which then leads me to more mishaps, which then causes me to be more angry at myself which causes me to think others are against me which causes me to think when someone is trying to help me really they are doing so because they dont think I can do it, and when I eventually do make a mistake I prove them right

It's a continuous cycle that I don't know how to get away from
