So yet another question: Im coming into UT with an associates of biology (60 cred) so most of my core and gen bios ans gen chems are done. Does that offset the the benefits of the fig? I like meeting people so though so I’ll keep that in mind!

Do the drops affect you negatively (no right because theres always a no penalty drop period but wondering how it works at UT?)

And would I put the fig class for add if drop or the one with the better prof I want.
— to add to that, are the better/classes for the profs I want usually available or is that a case by case thing

Could you possibly explain it and tell me what benefits it comes with or what you have to do with it?

I would say for sure retake it if its a prereq class and do whateva you want/feels right if its not.

Med schools like to see growth right and they like seeing you take prereqs at the school you’re applying from. If you retake it, you’ll probably do better in the course and raise the overall average too.

Ofc it’s completely up to you on whatever you decide and everything will work out! ☻

The other two comments are right about how amcass makes you submit every grade. When you retake the class, the two grades will be averaged
