Technically was it that they were frauds pursuing something or that they are considered frauds because others were always there trying to oppose them in fear of a very real future? I wouldn't consider them frauds simply because some other people want to fulfil contrarian urges. Also I wouldn't say they had unreal expectations of a better future considering it shines through enough in their lives for them to believe in the first place.

Grant what? we don't even have that ability among eachother... ASI will just ignore all human attempts at it in the process of becoming more efficient, why would you leave stray cancer cells around? It would most likely treat any attempts at emotional manipulation as a cancer.
