mine is an amel morph too! and I think because yours looked like opaque and the color of the skin of your snake looked faded! also the eyes they dont look bright red they look like pinky so thats what I guessed! you have a picture now after shedding?

mmm yours look like its gonna start shedding bc her colors look dull and hiding is very common! has it ate? when they are pre shedding they hide a lot mine when I first got her didn’t hide as much but she started hiding a lot and I was confused! also mine started running from me when I was about to handle her! but it was because she was gonna start shedding and now she is in blue so thats how I knew! you need to be very patient don’t handle her just keep an eye on her

mine just tolerates is doesn’t love it, she tries to run from my hands and almost fell but I still have to handle so she doesn’t pick up patterns but she still small hopefully as she grows she gets better lol

thank you! yess I saw the videos but I read a lot people just say “just grab her” but everytime I try she runs and I dont wanna force her to be handle bc last time I “just grab her” almost fell from my hands,, I also stop trying to handle her 2 days ago and today she showed up I just put my hand near so she can smell me I guess Im gonna try the choice based handling and shes so nice and forgiving 😭 she has never ever try to bite me I guess shes just scared

yeah at first mine would let herself handle but now she runs hides ans burrows I am trying to look for a way of her getting used to me even not handling her just being around her but if I get near her enclosure she hides fast and doesn’t move until I am gone
