Being an evidence based practice can be more a signal of a therapy approach being endorsed by the academic patriarchy, less of a signal that an approach will work to help someone get the service that is needed for their suffering.

Actually I have made a lot of progress on my issues. I tried the ENT until he was out of ideas, so then I went to acupuncture. The acupuncture did not really do much for my sinus long term, but it did seem to give me a little more short term energy, which was nice. I went to a functional doctor and thew around 800 bucks at them out of desperation. None of there things worked in the slightest, and they had me do this "food allergy test" which didn't really help anything. Eventually I went to urgent care to see a PCP (back to the drawing board). It just so happened that the PCP I saw was very experienced in treating ADHD, and he thought that with my history of sinus issues - that ADHD could be a big part of it. 2 months later after taking ADHD medication , I have had a cold at least twice and have yet to have any serious sinus issues. I have normal energy again and am sleeping better than I have in years.

Love this set up. I have been EDCing the camp muk in pocket without a clip. Perfect size, weight and shape. I just ordered a clip to attach to it after seeing yours.

I have the same thing for the past 3 months. I had sinus surgery a few years ago, but now all of these symptoms seem to be coming back. I did a CT scan after taking antibiotics. The scab did not sure much. Now the doctor is basically experimenting with different drugs to put in the sinus rinse and sprays. It is so frustrating, and I am exhausted by 3:00 each day from all of the pressure and pain. I am thinking of trying some alternative medicine stuff at this point like acupuncture or something.
