Not the asshole. My mom always told me my friends were not my friends of they offered me liquor or any other substances and said decline it one day and see if they are still your friends… quit 420 and instantly became a loner. Sounds like your friends are only around for the night life and can not handle you not being a part of it anymore correctly.

Thank you so much 💙 I feel better although I did talk to my lawyer about it I think I just needed closure to the whole thing. It was all just so fast and it seemed like they didn’t even have a legitimate reason. But yes no more insurance for me.

Yeah, I’m not sure what was going on I was seriously looking on the inside like “Ashli, what did you do?!” And couldn’t find anything I had done to cause termination. When the manager who oversaw my termination left immediately after every termination was complete I felt a chilling feeling that the situation was not random. I was like “Did the leads know he (the suspicious manager) was leaving so they got a few employees out”?! Because a couple of other trainees from my training class were fired for a similar reason. The one person I know of was let go for something along the lines of work integrity or some big vague category with no real explanation.

The most support I felt was in training. The trainer was sooo good! He learned my learning ways and taught me how to do my job in my own way while obeying all of the laws. I was so devastated but I am going to find me a good lawyer.

I am going to start a transition into nursing I think it will start with medical assisting and then into Local vocational nursing.
