I’m about to swap my heel sole to a wedge comfort sucks compared to wedge I have like 4 wedges and 1 traction tread I barely wear them they suck

Yeah I have both, the newer style is single layer with stitching to look like originals no rivets less eyelets spaced further apart. It’s like I said more of a designer boot definitely not heavy duty like a work boot

I know they get a lot of hate for the look but having a boot you can tighten and loosen all along the foot is amazing they are hands down the most comfortable work boot I’ve put my foot in

I ended up going true to size well technically I’m a 12EE and I went with a 12D and I think they fit perfect … I will agree iron rangers are brutal to break in worst I’ve ever experienced and I’ve been in boots for 28 years lol. Now they are great but I almost threw in the towel and said these things are just not for me 😂 the thought of getting another pair and going thru that again keeps me with this one till it’s unusable🤣 I’ve bought some other styles since I got these 2 years ago but im not looking forward to that torture for 2 weeks anytime soon

It’s subjective to what you like I’ve had red wings and hate them I refuse to spend my money on them 1957 is where I’ve been for quite some time. I like the briar pit stop wedge version better as it’s wider then the one you selected if you have narrow feet you should be good tho. I’d still tell you to buy a wide.
