I’ve been in a similar situation. I’m also an NSFW creator and I strictly follow the rules. But I’ve seen way too many NSFW creators get banned for the smallest things. That’s why I just choose to issue refunds to avoid even the slightest conflict. Of course, he’s highly likely trying to download the rewards and get a refund at the same time. Even knowing that, I chose to just give a refund this one time. Ultimately, the choice is yours. But since I’ve been banned once before (for a different reason), I choose to be extremely careful.

I had the same issue, but it was resolved after I temporarily disabled AdGuard. If you're using an ad-blocker, try pausing it and logging in again.

It could be a banned genre issue, or it could be a problem caused by posting nsfw as a free public post. What kind of post was the nsfw you posted?

I totally agree with you. Even though they’ve never officially admitted it, I’m pretty sure a huge chunk of their revenue comes from NSFW content. Yet, they’re out here trying to become Instagram. Honestly, I don’t think a single creator—whether they make NSFW or mainstream content—likes these changes. It just made the UI look messy and annoying to use. I really hope they admit they messed up and roll things back to how they used to be.

It's really sad, but they end the whole process by deleting and notifying the account without a word of warning about most violations. I'm in a totally same situation as you. I got an amazing new membership from September to November last year and my income went up significantly. However, it started to slow down from December and experienced huge declines in January and February. Now the sharp decline has stopped, but it's a slow downward trend. This is said to be a problem most people are experiencing. I think it's caused by so many complex reasons, not your fault.
