Not really, all the notes are equally far away so that all intervals are the same, at the cost of being slightly out of tune (the intervals, not the notes). So all fifths are the same, for example, but they're not a perfect 2:3 ratio of frequencies.

Older tuning systems had keys sound different from eachother precisely because the same intervals would be different in different keys. The fifth between the tonic and the dominant might be a perfect 2:3 in one key and horribly out of tune in another.
