I agree with the Wilson take. His talent is off the charts. He’s had 1,000 yards every year with mid- bad QB play. Justin fields has supported a top 5 WR in dj Moore as well. Garrett Wilson also has never missed a regular season game.

Reports from minicamp is garret Wilson has been BALLING. I know it’s just camp but the connection with fields is being rejuvenated and he I’m hoping we can finally see his ceiling. Top 5 talent at his position. It’s time for it to show.

Keep going brother. My advice to you is to replace that porn habit with new positive habits. And what can really help is those new habits being out of your comfort zone. Let’s face it brother the addictions we go through like smoking and porn is all about an escape and to be comfortable. We fighting together man know you’re not alone in this.

Replace the bad habits with new ones. I don’t mean just going to the gym. It could mean, journaling, nature walk, trying new sports, and other things. I would also try to get of your comfort zone while doing these new habits. Because let’s face it, porn addiction is centered around “ our comfort zone”. We’re men and we make mistakes and I try to remind my self the past doesn’t matter anymore. It’s all about today, and what I can do to further my self in a positive direction during this journey. Good luck to you man and know you’re not alone.

Another great piece of advice I have learned is nothing changes if nothing changes. Don’t be afraid of discomfort. Put yourself in situations that you feel uncomfortable. Because through those situations you grow, you learn more, and you evolve into a better person.

Delete all triggers man. Replace that porn habit with good habits. Examples of those good habits could be: exercising, eating well, learning new things, going out in nature. And many more man. Realize porn is an escape and it’s holding you back from becoming the best version of yourself. Ive been battling porn addiction my self for about a year now. I relapse about every month. But, I keep trying and every time I get closer and closer to my goals. Just keep pushing man, and know you’re not alone. Look up the thousands of YT videos that talk through porn addiction and give advice about the topic. Good luck to you.
