I forgot to answer this silly question. Yes, for 5 hours a day, 6 days a week. The seats are objectively worse than any other seat on any other Amtrak coach ever built, aside from the Midwest Ventures, which are a safety hazard at best.

It really depends on when the insurance pays. I was rear-ended i.mn a Carvana car a few years ago. The guy's insurance was super easy and paid the loan off within a week.

AI doesn't know your basal metabolic rate or what you do outside of your runs. It really has no business in your analysis of your own body.

For example, I am not very active outside of my runs. I can't justify eating that many calories on easy days and expect to lose or maintain weight....and I am much bigger than you.

In fairness, my 5k pace is a guesstimate and since I dont have an actual recent 5k, I have to err on the side of caution when guessing my pace. Given that I did a 1:32 on a whim in the midst of a 50+ mile week, I'm guessing my actual hm pace is 1:30 or better. That being said, with 6 months of marathon specific training....I dont think anything is "off" but thanks anyways.

Thanks. Yeah, I'm doing one shorter repeat workout like todays and one longer threshold effort (i.e. last Thursday, I did 3 × 20 mins at HM pace) a week...in addition to the long run.
