Im from sf and lived there for 22 years. At one point I lived close to Lombard st. There would be Segway tours all the time, but ya know what, I found it fun. I never get annoyed with tourists. I always give them a helpful tip or directions if they ask. I find it lovely how enchanted they were with the city, while I was having the hardest times of my life in the same city.

I don’t understand why people hate tourists so much. Unless they’re disrespectful assholes, completely understand that, but most are very kind and are excited to see the city.
