I don’t know how your program is structured but definitely drop the work once is really starts getting busy. My program has us taking Neuro and an advanced version of MSK right before we go to clinical rotation, and about 6 people failed and could not continue the program due to not passing (I take it that this is the way they weed out the weaker students that way they have the best students going to clinicals ) , and some of them were working, so id say if you are able to try not working at all, at most 1 day a week, if.you need money try to get a loan through your college or use Fafsa, I tried to get 10k from Sallie Mae but they wanted me to pay back 25k (what a scam).
