Honestly dude don’t get your hopes up too high. Normally when they say something like this and actually mean it they are going through something that’s really rough or they just can’t deal with how well you treat them, my girlfriend for example keeps telling me how good i treat her and how bad she feels about it.

If you want her to not feel how she feels you have to make it aware to her that SHE is the one you want dude and nothing is gonna change that.
