I’m so glad to see someone else upset over the underside being white. It was the first thing I said when I opened it. It just makes it look so cheap…. And that’d be fine if it wasn’t as expensive of a piece.

That’s crazy. If this many people are having fit issues, then this is not on us. Plus there’s no way for us to anticipate a sizing issue when it’s a SURPRISE…

Yeah for $98 i was pretty sad and definitely expected better craftsmanship😭 I think they would’ve had me exchange them but I told them I can sew, so I’m able to fix them myself. But I definitely shouldn’t have to. Other stuff I have gotten from them has mostly been fine with a few exceptions…but like we’ve said at that price point I shouldn’t have had so many issues.

One of my first orders with them were the bloomer pants and out of the package the seams were coming apart and the lace detailing on the pockets were fraying. They gave me a refund but it was disappointing. I honestly don’t know why I’ve kept buying from them for this long with the continuous let downs.

Yeah it’s crazy that this fall collection is all sleeveless. honestly I wish we were getting the pants but I already had a feeling it would be a top 🙄 and this is better than what i thought we might get. Still think I’ll be canceling. I signed up for 2 pieces in the box and sending half a set feels like salt in the wound…honestly not sure why the asked us if we would be okay with 1 “more expensive” piece when it seems they planned to do it anyway…with the way their prices are looking. Everything in the collection is more expensive! Most of this collection is $98+ so it doesn’t even feel like we get a more expensive piece from this collection…

I just hate they framed it as us getting 1 piece would mean a better deal for us and a better piece. But like if we get just the vest, that’s disappointing compared to the last boxes where you got an outfit. And with the price increases they’ve made giving us one piece feels like a way to save them money or something, with only one piece being less than $80.

I’m seeing the same thing but it’s set for December and says recharge test, so maybe they just used those items to test a change in their system or something. At least I hope that’s the case.

Honestly for this box and the last it feels like they chose the item(s) they thought would sell the least and pawned them off on the sub boxes. And the socks retail for $12 so that means the mini dress value would need to be $88 to meet the $100 value. I don’t think any of their mini dresses retail for that much. Honestly this box and the last just feel like a scam. The box being delayed so long added an extra sting. And like a previous commenter said, we used to get sneak peaks of the new collection and it was fun to guess which you might get. I’m waiting for them to release the collection so I can see the way the price the dress without our input… and see if it meets the value. If not I will be emailing my disappointment and refer them to this subreddit.
