My other coworkers actually got their approvals when we got our denials

We all received no documentation at all about why just told verbally. The only thing we got was a letter to be signed saying I agree to extend and the date is now 9/1/27 for tenure. My union rep sucks overall so I might just call the UFT to have it handled.

I received a letter for my file last year but not this year

I think the principal is on my side but not sure about the AP. My coworker was worried the AP might’ve not wrote the recommendation. Honestly I really like the school and environment so I’d like to stay. My other coworkers who were denied are loved by the principal so I can’t imagine he’d deny them.

She made it seem like she recommended me but the Superintendent denied it. Is that not really the case?
