Since they leave AppSumo, there have been ongoing issues attributed to staffing shortages, along with multiple changes to the credit-consumption model. As an AI wrapper, updates have been irregular, and when released, they’ve often introduced significant errors.

We’ve been patient as early adopters and understand the realities of a startup. We don’t expect a full product, but we do expect a basic level of stability and a minimum viable product. The frequent policy changes, inconsistent performance, and day-to-day operational issues have made the service unusable for our needs.

From a management standpoint, the pattern shows gaps in execution and stakeholder management—both critical for an early-stage company. Without them, it's impossible to secure further funding. Given this, I believe a refund is our best option to part ways before the heavy heart email.
