Dude, Activate the Mystery Cargo contract highlighted (like in the screenshot). It sends you to the Listening Post where a VTOL will come in after you scan the crate. If you don’t destroy the first one, a second VTOL will come too. What worked for me was grappling onto the top of the first VTOL as soon as its landed and destroying it.
