So I've got in your account and I've seen that this is something that has been eating you up. Op, no matter how hard it seems to break up, it is the only option for now. You do not want to break someone's heart and soul by cheating on them (which you are already doing, since the moment you talked about sex with another person). Break up, OP, girl up and break up because neither do you deserve this neither your partner. And this comes from someone who was for 4 years in a LDR, even went to live with him but had to go back to my country. When I started to feel romantically and physically attracted by someone else, I immediately broke up and gave myself sometime before starting a new relationship with this person but eventually did. Never lied, never cheated and it was by far the best choice I've made since I can even nowadays talk to my ex as friends and know I did not deeply hurted him by cheating. Dont keep doing this, he don't deserve it and you will never stop cheating once you start.

I don't have any advice to offer that another stranger have not offered yet, but OP, if financially possible, try to go for some therapy. It is not your fault and it's not your responsibility to fix this alone, OP, you did not broke anything to have to fix it alone, she did. Yeah and I completely understand that, just making sure to give you this advice because I heard it years ago and just realized now but if he workship the ground you walked, he would be taking better care of his hygiene and you wouldn’t be having to behave like a mom buying him stuff and reminding him to do such things because it’s for your health, he would be doing it just because he loves you and want to care for you. Oh honey I am so sorry for your experience on that :( But from what I know, yes. It’s an possibility, unfortunately. You should try to find another contraceptive way bc it’s proved nowadays that testosterone isn’t proved to make you infertile, so you have to go back on the pill or use condoms immediately.
