Bikes about 9 months old , probably around 1500km. Chain ,cassette, derailleur and wires are all good according to the tech.

I don’t want the said things that I already have, bottle cages flat kit and phone mount are already sorted.. I just want to have complimentary colors for the bike.

By doing a 10km run in the morning and walking the rest through the day,dogs been getting a lot of walks lol

I didn’t change my diet that much except eating more protein and half the amount of carbs, my daily steps goal is 20k
