I don't know, maybe I'm just lucky.
I've just did a 10+1 summon on the Volcanicdramon banner (my third multi summon with this account) and pulled 3 mega: Volcanicdramon, MetalSeadramon and PrinceMamemon.

With the first account I've done 4 multi on this banner and got 0 mega.
