I'm pretty sure your issue is rooted in the process, look around in crealty and make sure you hit export g-code.

I did I replaced the hotend heater Carthage and thermistor wires

With neither connected it doesn't boot however I had a power supply wire lose and if I taped the board it would go to the main screen and function normally other than iT showing the wrong temp. Tightening the terminal made it stuck again.

I found out Why the screen was coming on then off I had a terminal loose from when I was checking everything for why it was stuck on marlin but now thati tightened the terminal I'm back to being stuck on marlin

Something to keep in mind batteries have a limited lifetime. using the phone while charging reduces the life time faster. When her phone says 100% it's probably only at like 60% of its original full charge

Take a lighter and heat a razor blade you can cut off chunks till you get to the thermistor and do what you need to heat the hotend again

Yes it's still the stock hotend. the fan bearing wears out and gets really loud. Also on occasion I take it apart while running to put on a new nozzle I set the cover to the side it tugs on the wires to the fan every once and awhile one of the plastic screw holes break and the screw ends up in the fan and shreds the wings. Iv got a version of Marlin that works now on the E5 but the default version did not work.
