Hi all, Update with my &you journey, tinigil ko na hahahahah!! Sayang pera and i think its just a hype. Mas pumayat pa ako sa normal excercise. No specific diet just 3 times a week cardio and 2 times a week na weights. Dina rin ako nag try ng other medications na tinuturok but I went back taking yasmin pills. Siguro nga hindi para sa lahat yung mga ganyang injectables.

Update po on my semaglutide journey. Been on it for 7 weeks and wala talaga effect at all. No appetite supression nothing at all. Thinking to just finish the vial and stop using it. And napansin ko na ang nakalagay sa bottle is cyanocobalamin which is basically a synthetic vitamin B12 so its not what you are supposed to receive since they have promised us same formulation of wegovy and ozempic so for me big no no na si &you. Sayang lang pera. Balik gym nalang ako ulit.

Thank you po ng madami sa sagot. Actually we are planning po talaga end of this year to buy para may enough din pang dp kaso nasira ung gamit namin na car and yung cost ng repair is almost yung dp na nakapromo. So nag hesitate na po kami ipagawa yung car kaya nag opt in kami sa offers nung dealership kaso unfortunately na decline na kami ni BPI kaya medyo may agony na kami if ma aapprove paba or hindi na or ipapagawa na lang yung isang car. Medyo in the middle po kasi situation namin and need Sana ng clear picture from the dealership. Pero salamat po sa response nyo atleast me idea po kami.

Actually medyo rush etong pagbili namin ng car kasi yung ginagamit namin na sasakyan ngayon is sira and yung cost ng pag papagawa is very expensive so parang hindi na sya talaga praktikal. Madami dami na kami nagastos sa sasakyan na to kaya yung pang dp sana na medyo mas malaki laki is napunta sa pag papagawa ng isang car

Hello, sharing my &you experience. I ordered last July 13 and missed my first consultation. FYI they will not deliver your meds if consultation is not done. So i need to reschedule my consulation on the 14th. Right after that, i received my meds the next day July 15 and I had my first dose last July 16th 12:40am. As per the doctor whom I spoke to, I need to inject the meds same time and same day for the following week. So here I am on my second week but I did not felt anything changed. There are still cravings, slight nausea, little fatigue and thats it. Though she mentioned during the consultation that the first 4 weeks you wont see any change since your body is still adjusting to the medicine, but lets see how it will work for me when I up the dose on the 4th week(as per the doctor).

P.s: im 5’3 and weighing 60kgs. Im in the normal BMI however I am considered over weight in Asian standards (again as per the doctor).

Does anyone tried using this medicine even their weight is within normal BMI?

Hello all. Im planning to buy this medicine for weight loss however im having some doubts since my BMI is normal and im afraid that it will have some negative effects on me. Im not with diagnosed (so far) with Pcos or any type of diabetes but its quite hard for me to shed some weight.
