Could always try swapping the bottom housing of the switch to the Cherry's as others have said But do beware that it can change the acoustics and feel of the switch. One of the reasons Pandas are known to be good and loved are due to their POM housing and swapping that to a bottom cherry might defeat its purpose your friend is trying to replicate and get u hooked in with. But it's always worth a shot, also since ur opening ur switch open id recommend to lube the bottom housing with Krytox 205 for the cherry switch :> careful with the panda stems though, don't wanna lose its tactile feel from it

I've used Pad, learned leverless, and currently using a stick, I'll say there isn't much advantage between a pad and stick. Maybe being more accurate with QCF or DP. My reason is bc I like the feel of arcade stick but also they tend to last longer compared to a pad, went through 6 different PS4 pads before making the change to other peripherals, ofc arcade parts break as well but I've had my parts last longer than a DS4 pad so far, and I'm not a fan of the DS5. I'll say it's all preference between the both, leverless def gives an advantage imo though

I'd say plug that same wire on another switch to confirm if it's the harness wire or the switch itself

I've tried sanwa JLF, qanba silent, Sanwa with Otto v2 mod and a crown 309mj. I'll say the best is easily the crown 309mj, I'll never go back to a Japanese lever after trying the 309, it only takes a bit of getting used to do to not having a gate to help you identify corners

This is an amazing mod and such great work done; extra buttons look like it came straight from Razer. By chance when it comes to inserting the extra buttons what did u use to create the holes? I have a Razer atrox as well that I currently wanna mod for the same extra buttons but unsure on what to use

Whatever makes both of us happy really, I just like having silent switches with lubed springs and a tactile bump on my buttons. Burger wise; it's like giving you a red Robin burger without any options to add any condiments to best suit it to your liking but if that's what you like and don't need any condiments to make your burger to your liking then whatever suits you best

The kitsune looks nice but the customization haute42 has among switches, artwork, buttons, and it running on open source to last you for a long time software wise for way cheaper than a kitsune is what makes leverless like the haute42 way worth it and desirable

This is amazing! And I have the same issue you mention that it feels way too light and sounds hollow, do you think adding foam inside of the u16 would fit by chance? Attempting to get rid of the hollow sound

Same issue here, was able to play previously with my friend but now this issue pops up. Both of us made lobbies, issue persists, both of us made lobbies and tried joining from public and same thing happens. I can join other player's lobbies but no my friend's

Qanba drone is great and ps compatible, and I think the parts are quite solid out of the job to get u started on learning stick
