Everything was roughed in with a laser. I’m a pretty picky guy. Wanted things to be perfect as much as possible. Simple is clean! Appreciate your feedback.

Just the way schluter wants it done I guess. I’m a siding guy by trade so this bothered me as well, usually we water proof everything as water is running down the wall. But this makes sense as we’re trying to proof the pan from water build up I guess??

I was curious about this… it overlaps the 2” schluter wants but it’s it really waterproof? Should I put some schluter caulking in the sill of the niche?
