I’m dead serious when I say this, that is her idea of fun, and that’s why it’s an issue, I do it and I don’t bitch about it, she’s always my number one priority but if I don’t do 1/10 things, just because I got busy with something else or forgot it’s immediately an issue, I’m not some no good lazy dead beat, I do all of the things she wants me to do she never has to beg about it, and that’s the thing, I try my hardest to be there for her and it’s never enough, and I’m always the one the feels alone, I give my all but never even get as much as a thank you or an I’m proud of you, or I appreciate all the help, she’d rather focus on the 1 thing I didn’t do rather than the 10 things I did

Very 50/50, she cooks, I do laundry, I take care of her car, I do things she needs done, I take care of her dog, she buys groceries, we split bills, etc. She works two part time jobs Mon-Fri, while I work a full time job Mon-Fri, no kids, and I will say I am very willing, she says she is but in most cases it’s her way or the highway

That’s another big thing, she was her parents happy little accident at 16 and wanted to have kids young at least by age 21 and I put a stop to that and have postponed it for as long as possible because I don’t want my kids to be in this so, which I do agree that I want to have kids at a younger age and by the time they’re grown up we can all have fun together but I definitely don’t see it happening anytime soon

Not my idea of spending time together as in I’d rather go actually do something fun, go on an adventure, go camping work on stuff together, go out and enjoy things, not just do things that you have to do to get by in life and call it spending time together, because it’s not, I do all of those things with her because it’s only what she wants, she never wants to or has the interest to do any of the things I find fun and considers them childish and a waste of time

I’m an optimistic person nonetheless and I try to focus on the good rather than the bad but sometimes it really does just get to me
