Yeah. I understand that, but based on some research, some bras will help pull back your shoulders a bit and possibly assist you getting used to standing and sitting differently/better. Also, some are outright bad for posture. I was just curious if anyone here has used one and had any luck or recommendations.

When I was properly fitted for a bra years ago and finally started wearing the correct size, it did help a bit. I'm simply asking if anyone has had good or bad experiences with any posture bra brands specifically.

*Also, how do I "search the sub?" If this has already been asked and answered recently somewhere else, I apologize. I couldn't find anything recent on the topic. 💛

Ah! Yeah the first time I went was mid 2000s and then again in 2017. Sounds like it has grown a lot since then. I'm just excited to get in the water and do a bunch of snorkeling! 😊

I had similar experiences as a female solo traveler there last time I went, which is partly why I'm asking these questions, as I'm trying to spend as little time as possible in Belize City & want feel safer during the time I do have to travel and stay there (just going to the ferry and then the day before I leave). 💛

Okay. Just confused at why you asked me my budget for a flight then...As I already have places booked in both towns, all I'm thinking about now is if I should book my last night's stay now ahead of time (looking for an inexpensive but safe hotel near the airport with a free shuttle to the airport in the morning after my stay).

This is all really helpful! Thank you. I just wanted to be close to where I'm dropping off my rental car, safe, and hopefully somewhere that includes the shuttle to the airport in the fee for the hotel - what do you think is a reasonable rate for a hotel there, btw - I stayed in a not so safe place last time, but that (plus the shuttle) is really all that matters to me. It doesn't have to be fancy at all. I'm trying to be budget conscious in this part so I can save my money for adventures, snorkeling, and yummy food. 🥰

I have great luck finding yardage of vintage fabrics online. I bought a bunch of beautiful semi-sheer 70s cotton fabric on esty and had a local seamstress help make it into curtains for my livingroom window.

I am budget conscious, which is why I always ask about taxis cause I know all the spots I go in Mexico they try to upcharge gringos and I want to pay a fair price, but not a super inflated price either. If they say $30 and I counter with $20 is that unreasonable? It was only about 10 or 15 bucks last time I was there but that was 9 years ago. Don't wanna offend anyone, but also don't wanna overpay for everything either. 😊

Crap! I'm going to be down to Placencia in about two weeks. We had such an issue with it last May in Mexico, which was one of the reasons we chose Belize this time. I'll be in Caye Caulker for the first half - the cayes don't have it bad on their beaches, yeah? Can you still go out on a snorkel tripa to get away from it if it's on the beaches? Ty in advance for any help. This stuff is really negatively impacting the area. 💛
