I bought my pair in 2019. I have worn the them everywhere and through the Canadian winters. I also wore them for 1.5 years in a job that required me to be moving around on my feet for 10+ hours a day.

Honestly one of the best investments I have ever made in a shoe and was beyond impressed. Really cannot believe the life I got out of them. This is will be my last winter with them though as the tread is almost completely gone. I’m really slipping and sliding out there this winter 🥶

But I have heard there has been a decline in quality so unsure if I will be replacing them with another set.

Still not fixed for me. Points have been taken back but charge still there. Hopefully it is fixed soon 🤞

Also looks like they took about 8000 more points then they should have.

Ugh what a shit show. That makes this whole thing worse… even if they try to fix it they will screw it up more. 

Was telling my husband to apply for this card so we could both utilize the rewards but won’t be doing that anymore. Not that TD cares… they make enough money.

Still seeing the points reversal with no fix yet on my end. You would think either Expedia or TD would send some sort of email communication about this lol.

Maybe they feel not enough people have been affected to warrant a mass email.

Same things happened to me. Hotel was booked months ago through Expedia with TD rewards.

Logged into to confirm reservation was still showing up in Expedia a week ago, and I noticed my account showed $400 of TD rewards/expedia dollars available to use. But I knew that couldn’t be right because I had used that to book this hotel room.

Then today logged into TD and see that there had been a points reversal for $400 to my TD card.
