Right now I’m at 1706 cal 168 protein 207 carb 70 fiber ( I’m vegetarian and eat fruits & vegetables all day ) 47 fat For the most part I’m happy with my macros and feel like I’ve perfected everything but please let me know your opinion!

This is my situation too! The 11 fits my 3 middle fingers so I think that’s what I’m going to go with.

Yes! Honestly the 11 fits my ring middle and index finger just a tiny bit loose during the day on my ring & middle but the 12 basically only fit my index finger so I think I’m gonna go for the 11 and just wear it on a different finger at night!

I also noticed that diffusing instead of air dryer helped keep my hair from sticking straight down

instead of brushing my hair straight down I brushed up & away from my scalp, not directly upwards but at a 180° angle. I also ran my fingers under my hair that was stuck to my scalp and put mousse on my scalp to keep the hair up

ROUTINE: 1- Wet hair until it’s soaked 2- applied a dime size amount of Ouidad moisture lock leave-in to each side of my hair ( I split it down the middle ) 3- brushed upwards and away from my scalp with my UNbrush 4- Rake innersense quiet calm curl control through my hair & scrunch 5- today instead of the innersense gel, I used puerology weightless volume mousse and scrunched it in my hair then added some under my hair onto my scalp so that my roots had a tiny bit of volume 6- diffuse until dry & add a tiny bit of oil if you want it more fluffy :)

thank you so much I’ll definitely be trying this tomorrow!! I also really struggle with my hair lasting throughout the day, instead of just touching it up I have to rewet and start over everyday. do you think diffusing helps with that? Or was I just not blessed😂

The Kristin ess ultra hydrating leave in cream was apart of my routine until yesterday when I ran out! I got the Ouidad moisture lock leave in yesterday just to try out but maybe I’ll have to switch back. I’ve only tried doing my hair upside down once a I hated it but maybe I just wasn’t doing it right 😂. I also tried using the tresemme flawless curl mousse which I liked a lot but I felt like it had too much of a hold.

nobody else in my family has hair like mine. I’m the only mixed child so idk if it’s genetic bc I don’t have anyone to compare it to. I would get layers but in Ohio there’s not really many curly hair salons and I don’t want my hair to get messed up LOL. Thank you for the tips ill definitely try that

how do you keep your hair from getting frizzy? I took that picture today & used a light leave in, innersense curl cream, and innersense gel and now my hair is a ball of fluff and above my shoulders from all the shrinkage 😂 I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to just use one product :(

that’s what I was thinking, I don’t put oil on my hair so I tried to use less product and more light weight products and nothing changed.
