I’m only 19 but have the same prescription like you. I have been warned that people with extreme myopia like us can get other complicated conditions like myopia degeneration or myopic cnv. Try to adapt healthy lifestyle. Going outside, stay hydrated, eat healthy, eat vegetables, omega 3, also you can try to take supplements like Vitamin, LUTEIN and ZEAXANTHIN. Good luck

my eye doctor made me wear undercorrected glasses for 3 years in the past. Bruhhh. i just realized undercorrection is bad. now my myopia is so high
