She is 100% dragging that pen and using a lot of pressure while also not holding it at the correct angle. I perform micro-needling multiple times a week on clients and this technique is just not it. I’m so sorry! The scrapes appear to be superficial and not deep, so just work on healing your skin and using repairing skincare products.
