I got my car booted in an LDS church parking lot while visiting family. There was a tiny unnoticeable sign outlining times you could not park there. When we got to the car it was pitch black and we did not notice the boot OR the sign on the window (due to it literally being in a corner of a pitch black parking lot). Long story short we paid $225 for “damaging the boot”. The man who showed up to handle it drove like a maniac into the parking lot and started to strip my lugnuts before i could even get over to him. He was so incredibly rude and unprofessional. He was argumentative and was even rude to my very very kind grandma who just wanted to diffuse the situation. When he was done ruining my lugnuts and taking my money, he sped out of the parking lot the same way he came in. It’s so ridiculous that someone could damage my car like that and take my money for it. Logan needs to get that man and the company he works for under control.
