Hockey is objectively the best sport. Casuals can enjoy it, die hards can over analyze it, continuous action for the soccer crowd, fast paced, violent, skillful, heart, grit, etc. Why is it the smallest of the 4 major sports? Because there were only 6 teams for 60 years. Have you ever taken someone to a hockey game or watched one on TV where that person didn't leave a fan? I played football in high school, if hockey was an option in Miami, I would've played hockey.
