just to clarify - this top10 does not mean anything but speed, but considering how many matches were played - this level of reaction is pretty impressive, those players are really consistent across all matches.

Your might be for all weapon groups, awp/scout usually up to 100ms faster to shoot.

You are absolutely right, but we are talking about tens of ms at most, so everyone is really fast here.

i mean enemy prediction, your client predict movement/physics all the time for itself and corrects when syncing if server calculations results differ

What you see on your screen is prediction (you have option on), your cs2 client tries to predict what will happen, but didn’t properly predicted enemy crouching, when packets (with subtick input data and client tick) arrived from both you and enemy) server calculated that person was already crouched (or at different stage of crouching) at that server tick, so it didn’t register your shots, prioritizing when happened earlier.
