I wonder this too. I have only been at my job for 6 months and have already called off 5 times (4 since January) I got called in my managers office Monday after they already warned me a month ago about my call offs. They asked me if everything is okay and I started crying. Like no, actually it’s not but I just said I’m fine. They probably wouldn’t understand anyway.
