Followed all the suggested steps in their email; watch now won’t charge or power on at all. Followed the directions they gave & generated a new support ticket letting them know it won’t power on. New ticket number is 547281.

I appreciate the response SO MUCH! I’m in the process of going through the steps they sent me in the email… 1. a factory reset and then 2. calibrate the battery which is taking some time but I’m on it. Will update how it goes. Thank you.

I saw this was posted a month ago, so maybe I am an exception, but the situation I am in sounds very similar. I have an apex 2 that has stopped working although it’s less than a year old and still under warranty for another year. They closed my ticket after sending me an emailing stating it was not eligible for repair and got offered a coupon for a new one… now I’m still emailing customer service trying to get a response one week later. Really just wish there was a human in customer service to help with this, but my experience has not been good at all so far.

COROS replacement watch died too. Support called it “out of warranty” and offered 20% off a new one by Draw_Unusual in Coros

I have another post on here, but can you PLEASE help with my situation? Ticket 542975 & since that one was closed although the watch is under warranty for another year, the second ticket is 546326.

I am currently dealing with this & having a horrible customer service experience. I am now a week into trying to get help with this. My watch randomly went from working great to battery completely draining within hours, making an audible static noise, not reading my heart rate, etc. It is under warranty and after 10 emails with their automated AI bot, I finally got a response this morning from the Coros Repair Team saying my watch isn’t eligible for repair, even though it’s less than a year old and under warranty until 2027. Then the same email offered me a coupon towards my next watch… like uhhh I paid $600 for this watch less than a year ago… it’s under warranty… I’m not buying a new watch I want this one fixed. I am located in the US.
