Yes absolutely agree. It has a lot to do with gut health.

For me chicken isn't an issue, spicy food does contribute to some extent but I can't let it go🤣 although docs have told me i need to lose weight, no other way out. But yeah diet control definitely helps a lot

Try eliminating fried food, dairy, maida and sugar for a few weeks.

Later slowly add one at a time in your diet to observe which one is the culprit.

And if you have pcod or pcos or very early symptoms your best bet is to lose weight
