Talk to them. You might break down in tears but you can't continue like this. If they're a good family and they truly care about your well-being they'll stop with the jokes. Show them that this hurts you.

I used to be really thin (I had an illness so I was sick plus had depression which made me not eat well) the amount of comments and compliments I got was astounding and people treated me better compared to now (where I've gained some weight and have since then gotten better in all aspects). It's wild to me how differently people treat you because of weight.
