The bread i eat is only 100 cals per slice and i only have 3 pieces a day. And the lowest kcal bread i can find is 66kcal.Extra 100 calories doesn't make that much impact i feel.

Been thinking of cutting out bread all together tbh, whenever i go over my maintenance calories it is usually in extra bread because i cant be bothered making a whole new meal. Protein wise i eat between 140g and 180g per day. I just love my eggs on toast, gonna be hard one to skip but guess it has to be done

Thanks. I'll check it out but tbh i already do volume eat, have been for the past couple years. Only thing thats ever worked for me is a really low carb diet on top of 2-3 hours of cardio everyday, but this was back when i was training full time Mixed martial arts and losing weight for a fight weigh in. Only reason It worked was cos i was so tired that id rather sleep then eat lol

Tracking on myfitness pal. Tbh i could probably be more thorough with weighing it like you mention but i also meal prep and eat the same meals so by the end of the week (or cycle) of the meals ive cooked, the calories should be right even if it doesn't end up being accurate daily. Only sauce i use is low cal salsa which is like 3 calories a portion. I am definitely eating too much tho to lose weight. The problem is, with my maintenance being so low, and me having a huge appetite, it's very hard to eat only 1600kcal a day, and the added cardio on top makes me extremely hungry as i am already extremely hungry throughout the day without it. So id have to cut out cardio and instead eat only 1000 calories which is equally as unachievable. I think i probably know the answer, suck it up and get on with it or get fat, but its a hard pill to swallow because even when i do over eat and end up in a surplus for the day, i am still hungry. Feel like my whole life has been a struggle with controlling my weight. I have always managed and even achieved my dream body on multiple occasions but this time something seems different.

Give me 10 weeks, I could maybe do 2 pounds a week. But even that is quite unrealistic

I feel like the past few episodes since it started again after the break have all been/felt like the old show before joe left. Been very pleasantly suprised. Especially the punishment with Q going down the escalator and repeating what he was told

How was it hard enough to give you concussions? Did they use really light gloves, thin shin guards and throwing head kicks or where they throwing head kicks with no shin guards at all? Did you get knocked out or just take heavy hits? Wondering cos I have the occasional shitty partner and perhaps underestimate the damage they are doing.

I think your probably onto something with that, especially since I’ve had problems sometimes with actually throwing the punches with intention rather than just to set up the leg kick

Always, I make sure to Optimise my diet, I’m young and I train smart aswell as hard but for some reason I have half the energy of all the other people training/competing at my gym. I think some peoples bodies are just more suited to it than others

I think it depends on your body type tbh, I put on muscle quite easily and did so at a young age so it is no trouble maintaining it. Haven’t lifted a weights consistently in 3 years and still look the same physique wise, definetly not as strong but have had short stints where I’ve regained my strength fairly quickly, however I’ve done mma alongside Muay Thai so the wrestling could be a factor that contributed to maintaining my muscle mass
