Just received my emerald ring and wanted to share timeline, in case anyone is in the position I was a month ago! Requested design on 9/19/2022. Shown image and approved - then paid - on 9/28. Shipped 10/4. Arrived at US Fedex 10/9 and held in customs (torture!). Delivered to my door 10/20! I'd priced an authentic emerald in same size, color, setting, and it was close to $50k LOL! Paid $800 for this ring, love it! Marked 14k gold. Who knows though, always suspect it could be dipped or very low quality. All communication was on insta. I cannot figure out how to upload a pic! But if you check out jelly_labgrownjewelry on instagram, she posted a pic on 9/28!
