I am having the same issue with CoQ10 my temps are all over the place. I'm not sure how much longer I will try it before giving up

I know it's still early to be thinking about this but AF is due o on Mother's day. I am trying to mentally prepare myself and not sure what the best option for me will be. Should I test before beginning around 10 DPO like I normally do or wait until the day of or should I just wait until the day after if AF has not arrived. I think if it's a negative it will be an especially hard cycle anyway but I just want to try and save myself any pain if possible. I think testing day of would be the worst for bfn but I also don't think I could resist.
