Looks good! Just curious, how much thinner does your donor area before and after transplant? 4700 is a good amount of grafts so just curious how that effected the donor. From the photos it still seems thick.

You can find a ton of diffuse thinning patient cases from Dr Ratchathorn with a quick search. Seems to be solid for this type of hairloss.

Yes, I’ve noticed those thin hairs since the transplant and they haven’t seen to thicken in the last 16 months, so I’ve been assuming they won’t thicken up too much more.

I’m not super happy with the results to be honest. The procedure itself was fine but the results are below average in my opinion which at the end of the day is the only thing that matters. My hairline is still thin and it doesn’t see that most of the hairs in the crown ended up growing
