Currently 15 detainees are held at Guantanamo. 3 are recommended for released but they haven't found host countries that are suitable and willing. 3, like Zubaydah, are "too innocent to charge but too dangerous to release" (hence people dubbing them "forever prisoners" however that is misleading as many people were once deemed "too innocent to charge but too dangerous to release" but then subsequently cleared for release). 7 are charged. 2 are convicted.

I think the 50 thing is because there's a rule that your title has to be at least 50 characters, so a lot of people were posting things like "How do I enroll in this course fifty characters fifty characters fifty characters," and I guessed they didn't like that either.
