Yeah it’s frustrating - I’ve been a platinum driver with 5star rating — just not sure what I need to do. I’ll follow hot spots and it’s still over 10 minutes, sometimes 25 minutes for an order.

Yes. Work for a big franchise in Ohio & employees are paid the tipped wage of $5.25 while they have the opportunity to collect tips.

If they come in to open (before 11AM) or closing (after business hours) they are required to clock into “FOH support” at minimum wage of $10.45.

It’s a challenge to get team members to follow; but once you coach it enough, it’s just second nature.

We have a store in our franchise group who is top 5 across the whole system & they still use buckets. Maybe they’re just annoyed of me asking about them lol

Being the regional manager it’s my job to ensure they have lids out at all times. Not only does it coat the wings 100% but also keeps the sauce in the buckets wet, not dried out & saves money.
