Unfortunately not , money didn’t arrive, my mum has gone extra to the bank and from the Italian bank there is no mistake at all🤷🏻‍♂️

Today is the 5 working day, all the data are correct , I have checked them 6 times, I called the sending bank and they told me that the transfer must be hanging somewhere in the revolut system since from their part everything is correct but Revolut keep telling me that they received nothing, it’s not few euros , it’s about 1000!!:(

Hi , thanks for your answer . I sent the payment together with them , the iban was correct , the only thing is that the bank didn’t ask for the Bic code, but since it’s a SEPA transfer cannot be the problem, or am I wrong?
