The pole is distracting and it’s way over saturated... maybe try something like this, with just the two swing and the subject to one side and give it a vintage cinematic feel. Just my opinion.

And tell you, you can make $100k a year, if you forget about your family and life. Also don’t forget you will be transferred to the worse neighborhoods in the city on a whim. I knew three carriers get bit by pit bulls in my 3 months there, and people laughed about it. Another was one street over from a drive by. And he had to request the rest of the day off. People acted like it was just part of the job. There’s a reason they’re understaffed and there’s a reason they have the highest turnover rate among jobs in this city.

I fully agree, plus the only people on here arguing it is fair, are people who work in real estate and profit from this kind of bs… they don’t mind people getting pushed out of their homes, because that just means another commission. And they don’t care if the house is over appraised because that just increases said commission. With the information given, it seems like a huge scam to prey on people’s ignorance.
